PROPERTY OFFERS COMMISSION – RATE OF COMMISSION 10 PCT We have been notified that the board of directors of the Cove at Yarmouth Resort Hotel Condominium Trust has scheduled the second phase of a three-year interior room renovation project at the resort. The first phase has been completed – the second phase will run from November 1, 2008, to May 1, 2009. Plans include complete remodeling of the bathrooms and replacement of such items as flooring, carpeting, cabinetry, furnishings and bedding. The management has assured us that the impact of this project will be minimal on your vacation. While some of this work will intermittently generate some degree of noise and dust, the area undergoing renovation will be segregated, that section of the resort shut down so there are no occupied units abutting the work, and no one will have to walk through a renovation area. We received no complaints about the first phase of the renovation. Work hours are expected to run from 9 AM to 5 – 7 PM, Mondays through Fridays, except on U.S. holidays, with occasional Saturdays possible. |
